As a senior UX designer, I employed user-centered design principles throughout the company and advocated for simple and intuitive user interfaces.
I consulted Igloo customers through their digital workplace employee experience during the sales process, meeting customers’ requirements by leveraging technical knowledge. Achievements include increasing brand advocacy by supporting clients such as Stitch Fix, Teach America and Keen Footwear.
As a leader, I directed diverse teams in developing web and mobile experiences. My achievements include coaching a team to design a communications platform for a $425M procurement, conducting user research for a $450M bid, and creating a brand recognition portal generating $3M in revenue.
